As some of you may know, Benjamin and Ros Zander, co‐authors of "The Art of Possibility" have again spent time in our amazing country.

I fully support the notion that possibility can and does, play out in every aspect of our lives, and still a question that is often raised by my clients is: "If we are in the perspective of my life sucks", how on earth do we move to the complete other side of the spectrum to see life from "all is possible"?

Yes, I agree, it is incredibly difficult at times when we are in a particular rut that is radically different to the equal yet opposite perspective, to move into action and climb the perceived mountain. So how do we do it? Well, the answers are literally scattered everywhere for us to hear...Jordin Sparks sings of "Just one step at a time". We ask the question "How do you eat an elephant?" Answer "One bite at a time". Look at the analogy of skimming stones - one ripple at a time...

So how about adding the perspective to life of "one step at a time"? What would your life look like if instead of trying to do it all today, you implemented this new perspective? How gracious your life might look to you. In this learning of one step at a time, linger and perhaps ask yourself some of the following

questions:

  • what is my heart's deepest desire
  • what is one thing I could stop doing, or start doing or do differently, starting today that would most improve the quality of my life
  • what legacy would I like to leave

Be in the space of fulfillment and balance in the perspective of "one step at a time"... And until next time I invite you to visit my website www.inneri.co.za and if what you see piques your interest, call me on 083 267 8354 or drop me an email onJuanene@inneri.co.za
